Abstract

MANAJEMEN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DI SMK NEGERI 58 JAKARTA (2020) Novia Listiani ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 58 Jakarta yang berfokus pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi praktik kerja industri. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan praktik kerja industri dilaksanakan sebelum tahun ajaran baru. Kegiatan perencanaan dimulai dari pemetaan kompetensi siswa, membuat daftar perusahaan tujuan, pemetaan dunia kerja sesuai degan kompetensi siswa, dan pembuatan jurnal praktik kerja industri: (2) Pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan. Beberapa kegiatan dalam pelaksanaan yaitu pengantaran siswa, monitoring oleh guru pembimbing, dan penjemputan siswa, mengisi jurnal prakerin, dan membuat laporan prakerin; (3) Evaluasi praktik kerja industri dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian kompetensi, update kompetensi dari DUDI, nilai peserta didik, dan sikap peserta didik. Evaluasi dilakukan dalam bentuk rapat dan hasil evaluasi akan digunakan untuk perencanaan praktik kerja industri selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Praktik Kerja Industri, SMK MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WORK PRACTICES IN SMK NEGERI 58 JAKARTA (2020) Novia Listiani ABSTRACT The research aims to describe the management of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 58 Jakarta, focusing on the planning, implementation and evaluation aspects of industrial work practices. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data validity checking is done by triangulation technique. The results showed that (1) Industrial work practices planning was implemented before the new school year. Planning activities are initiated from the competency mapping of students, creating a list of company objectives, mapping the world of work according to the competency of students, and the manufacture of industrial work practices journal: (2) Implementation of industrial work practices conducted over three months. Some activities in the implementation are students ' delivery, monitoring by teacher and pick-up students, filling out the practice journals, and making practice reports; (3) Evaluation of industrial work practices is conducted to evaluate the conformity of competence, updates of competencies from the business world and industrial world, the value of students, and the attitudes of learners. Evaluation is done in the form of meeting and the evaluation result will be used for next industry work practice planning. Keywords: management, industrial work practices, vocational high school
