Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur seberapa pengaruh Digital Mindset terhadap Digital Citizenship guru sekolah penggerak SMA Jakarta Pusat. Pada penelitian ini, Populasi yang merupakan guru SMA Sekolah Penggerak Jakarta Pusat, yang berjumlah 58 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesisi hasil dari analisi linear sederhana didaptkan persamaan Y= 5,130 + 0,632X, dapat dijelaskan bahwa nilai konstanta a sebesar 5,130 menyatakan bahwa jika tidak ada nilai Trust maka nilai partisipasi sebesar 5,130. Lalu koefisien X sebesar 0,632 menyatkan setiap penambahan 1 nilai Trust, nilai partisipasi bertambah 0,632. Maka terdapat pengaruh yang nyata atau signifikan variabel X Digital Mindset terhadap Variabel Y Digital Citizenship. Pada nilai koefisien determinasi atau R Square sebesar 0,541. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Digital Citizenship dipengaruhi persentase sebesar 54,1. Maka,Digital Mindset berpengaruh terhadap Digital Citizenship guru SMA Sekolah Penggerak di Jakarta Pusat. Pada Uji t, t hitung 8.120 lebih besar t tabel 1.673. Diketahui juga nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang menunjukkan 0,001 lebih besar dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X yaitu Digital Mindset terhadap variabel Y yaitu Digital Citizenship.*****This research was conducted to measure how much influence Digital Mindset has on Digital Citizenship for high school teachers in Central Jakarta. In this study, the population consisted of 58 teachers at Sekolah Pengmobil, Central Jakarta. Sampling using probability sampling technique type proportionate random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The hypothesis testing results from simple linear analysis obtained the equation Y = 5.130 + 0.632X, it can be explained that the value of the constant a is 5.130 indicating that if there is no Trust value then the participation value is 5.130. Then the X coefficient of 0.632 indicates that for every addition of 1 Trust value, the participation value increases by 0.632. Then there is a real or significant effect of the X Digital Mindset variable on the Y Digital Citizenship Variable. The value of the coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.541. This shows that Digital Citizenship is affected by a percentage of 54.1. So, the Digital Mindset influences the Digital Citizenship Teachers at the Mobilization School High School in Central Jakarta. In the t test, the tcount is 8.120 greater than the t table is 1.673. Knowledge also has a significance value of 0.001 which indicates 0.001 is greater than 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, in other words there is a significant influence between variable X, namely Digital Mindset, on variable Y, namely Digital Citizenship
