Abstract

Media pembelajaran E-modul Interaktif Manajemen Organisasi Karang Taruna diharapkan mampu memecahkan masalah dan diharapkan mampu memfasilitasi peserta yang ingin memahami makna mengelola organisasi di luar kegiatan pelatihan. Media pembelajaran ini dikembangkan menggunakan Canva berbasis website dengan navigasi klasik sehingga dapat digunakan pada handphone dengan sistem operasi Android. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) atau biasa dikenal dengan RnD yaitu penelitian yang dapat menjadi penghubung antara penelitian dasar dan penelitian terapan. Pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Hasil uji efektivitas media pembelajaran menurut ahli media sangat baik dengan persentase kualitas media sebesar 81,33%. Menurut ahli materi sangat baik dengan persentase kualitas bahan sebesar 93,33%. Berdasarkan uji coba siswa/responden, media pembelajaran ini sangat baik dengan persentase kualitas media sebesar 95,06%. sehingga media pembelajaran ini layak digunakan untuk mendukung pelatihan pengelolaan organisasi kepemudaan di wilayah Kecamatan Palmerah. ***** This learning interactive e-module of youth organization management is expected to be able to solve problems and is expected to be able to facilitate participants who want to understand the meaning of managing an organization outside of training activities. This learning media was developed using a Canva-based website with classic navigation so that it can be used on mobile phones with the Android operating system.This study uses a research and development approach. Research and development methods (Research and Development) or commonly known as RnD, namely research that can be a link between basic research and applied research. This research and development approach is used to produce products and test the effectiveness of these products.The results of the feasibility test of learning media based on media experts were very good with a percentage of media quality of 81,33%. According to material experts, it is very good with a percentage of material quality of 93.33%. Based on student/respondent trials, this learning media is very good with a percentage of media quality of 95.06%. so that this learning media is suitable for use to support training in the management of youth organizations in the Palmerah District area.
