Abstract

ABSTRAK Siswa sekolah menengah cenderung mempunyai kebiasaan membeli makanan ringan atau disebut membeli jajanan terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Siswa sekolah menengah yang sudah mengenal teknologi dapat membeli jajanan secara online yang dikehendaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang keamanan pangan dengan perilaku pembelian makanan jajanan secara online oleh siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode analisis data sekunder. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun sebanyak 30 responden. Data diambil berdasarkan penelitian Alsuhendra terkait tingkat pengetahuan, kepedulian dan sikap siswa SMA di Jakarta Timur tentang keamanan pangan dan hubungannya dengan perilaku pembelian makanan jajanan secara pesan antar dalam jaringan (daring). Hasil penelitian dari 30 responden menunjukkan persentase pengetahuan tentang keamanan pangan baik sebanyak 70%, sementara sikap tentang keamanan pangan yang baik 90% dan perilaku pembelian makanan jajanan secara online pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang baik sebesar 50%. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan dan sikap tentang keamanan pangan dengan perilaku pembelian makanan jajanan secara online oleh siswa SMA Labschool pada masa pandemi Covid-19 (rhitung = 0,615; koefisien determinasi 37,8%). Hasil penelitian diharapkan siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun mempertahankan atau meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang keamanan pangan dalam berperilaku saat membeli jajanan secara online terlebih setelah masa pandemi Covid-19 selesai agar terhindar dari jajanan tidak aman. Kata kunci: Keamanan Pangan, Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Sikap, SMA Labschool ABSTRACT High school student tend to have the habit of buying snacks, known as "street food" especially during pandemic. High school student who are familiar with technology can buy the snacks they want online. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between knowledge and attitudes of food safety on snack purchase behaior in students of high school Labschool Rawamangun during Covid-19 pandemic period 2021. The research method used is secondary data analysis. The data was taken based on Alsuhendra’s research about the level of knowledge involving thirty Labschool Rawamangun High School students regarding concern and attitude among high school students in East Jakarta about food safety and its relation to the habits of student who buy snacks online. Research showed that 70% of 30 respondents are knowledgeable about food safety, 90% have a positive attitude towards food safety and 50% responded positively to buying snacks online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The correlation test showed there is a positive relation between knowledge and attitude about food safety with Labschool Rawamangun High School students habit of buying snacks online during the pandemic period in 2021 (r = 0,615; determination coefficient: 37.8%). Looking at the research results, the researcher wishes that Labshcool Rawamangun High School students can preserve or elevate knowledge and positive attitude about food safety in habits when buying snacks online, above all after the pandemic is concluded to avoid unhealthy snack purchases.
