Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran buku saku sebagai panduan mengajar bagi tutor bimbingan belajar (bimbel). Media buku saku ini diprodeksi untuk membantu tutor bimbel dalam memahami etika kerja sebagai seorang pendidik di pendidikan non formal, dan sebagai media belajar mandiri yang mudah diakases serta tidak memerlukan waktu serta tempat khusus untuk memperlajarinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penilaian pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dan peniaian uji coba pada tutor menggunakan skala guttman. Hasil dari penilaian ahli materi ahli menunjukkan nilai sebesar 85%, penilaian ahli media sebesar 95,5%, penilaian dari uji coba responden one-to-one sebesar 88,5%, dan penilaian dari uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 73,6%. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa buku saku “panduan mengajar” merupakan media yang layak digunakan oleh tutor bimbel, serta dapat membantu tutor dalam memahami etika kerja yang berkaitan dengan peran mereka sebagai tutor. ***** This research aims to develop pocket book learning media as a teaching guide for tutoring tutors (tutors). This pocketbook media is designed to help tutors understand work ethics as an educator in non-formal education, and as an independent learning medium that is easy to access and does not require special time and place to learn it.. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) by applying the ADDIE development model. The assessment in this study used the Likert scale and the assessment of trials on tutors using the Guttman scale. The results of the expert material expert assessment showed a score of 85%, a media expert assessment of 95.5%, an assessment of one-to-one respondent trials of 88.5%, and an assessment of small group trials of 73.6%. From the results of this study, it is concluded that the pocket book "teaching guide" is a medium that is suitable for tutors to use, and can help tutors in understanding work ethics related to their role as tutors.
