Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh kepemimpinan adaptif terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan SMA Negeri Kecamatan Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Kepemimpinan Adaptif sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan Kinerja Pelayanan Prima sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan SMA Negeri Kecamatan Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, menggunakan sampel jenuh. Yaitu bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 29 orang tenaga kependidikan yang menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus korelasi product momen t dimana koefisien korelasi r = 0,460. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis didapatkan thitung = 5,009 dan ttabel = 2,052 , dimana thitung > ttabel yang diartikan sebagai hipotesis alternatif di terima. Secara positif dari uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,482 atau 48,2%. Dengan demikian dinyatakan variabel kepemimpinan adaptif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan prima tenaga kependidikan SMA Negeri Kecamatan Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of adaptive leadership on the performance of education personnel of public high school in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The variables studied were Adaptive Leadership as the independent variable (variable X) and Excellent Service Performance as the dependent variable (variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach technique with a survey method. The population in this study was the education personnel of public high schools in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. With sampling techniques, using saturated samples. That is when all members of the population are sampled. In this study there were 29 education personnel who were sampled. Data collection techniques uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation formula t where the correlation coefficient r = 0.460. Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that tcount = 5.009 and ttable = 2.052, where tcount> ttable which means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Positively from the coefficient of determination test of 0.482 or 48.2%. Thus, it is stated that the adaptive leadership variable has a significant influence on the excellent service performance of the education staff of the State High School of Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta.
