Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the use of team assisted individualization (TAI)-based flash cards on the subject of Natural Sciences (IPA) on the subject of the human digestive system which was carried out at SDN Cengkareng Timur 13 Petang which was selected by multistage random sampling. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a Separate Sample Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study was 26 students in the VA class as the experimental class and 26 students in the VB class as the control class. Data collection was carried out using a multiple choice question test totaling 25 items. The results showed that there was an influence on the use of team-assisted individualization (TAI)-based flash cards, this can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test Independent Sample T Test with the average pretest-posttest results for the experimental class of 16.62 while the average pretest-posttest posttest control class of 12.00, with a higher average in the experimental class, it can be seen that there is an effect of using flashcards based on team assisted individualization. Based on the table above, the sig. (2 tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H_1 has a significant effect on the science learning outcomes of the human digestive system material after the use of learning media in the form of team assisted individualization (TAI)-based flash cards is received.
