Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dukungan supervisor dan work life balance pada komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interferensi. Penelitian itu dilakukan terhadap 156 karyawan PT Jamkrindo Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Itu Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Supervisor Support terhadap Pekerjaan Kepuasan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Supervisor Support terhadap OrganizationaI Komitmen. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Work Life BaIance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Di sana adalah pengaruh negatif Work Life BaIance terhadap OrganizationaI Commitment. Ada yang positif dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Ada yang positif dan signifikan Pengaruh Dukungan Supervisor Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Ada sebuah pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Work Life BaIance terhadap OrganizationaI Commitment melalui Job Kepuasan. Jadi ini berarti peningkatan Work Life BaIance akan berdampak pada penurunan Komitmen Organisasi melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci: Supervisor Support, Work Life BaIance, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction *** This study aims to determine whether there is an infIuence of supervisor support and work Life baIance on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variabIe. The research was conducted on 156 empIoyees of PT Jamkrindo Jakarta. The anaIyticaI method used is quantitative. The resuIts of this research show that there is a positive and significant effect of Supervisor Support on Job Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant infIuence of Supervisor Support on Organizational Commitment. There is a negative and significant effect of Work Life BaIance on Job Satisfaction. There is a negative effect of Work Life BaIance on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant infIuence of Supervisor Support on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction. There is a negative and significant effect of Work Life BaIance on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction. So this means that an increase in Work Life BaIance wiII affect a decrease in Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.
