Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian nilai karakter disiplin melalui profil pelajar pancasila peserta didik kelas IV-B SDN Rawamangun 05 pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV-B dan wali kelas IV-B sebagai key informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta catatan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai karakter disiplin peserta didik kelas IV-B melalui profil pelajar pancasila pasca pandemi Covid-19. Dengan adanya pembiasaan sikap, ketaatan akan aturan dalam kelas, dan kehadiran tepat waktu membuat peningkatan nilai karakter disiplin peserta didik pasca pandemi Covid-19. Faktor lain dari peningkatan ini yaitu peserta didik dibiasakan untuk teratur dan disiplin, pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan elemen sikap dari profil pelajar pancasila sehingga menguatkan sikap disiplin peserta didik. Wali kelas memiliki peran penting di kelas, dimana wali kelas menjadi teladan atau panutan bagi peserta didik dalam bertindak selama di kelas. Selama pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi, peserta didik mendapat pengawasan secara langsung dan penuh oleh wali kelas, yang mampu membuat peserta didik tertib dan teratur di kelas. Hal tersebut juga menjadi faktor peningkatan nilai karakter disiplin peserta didik. ***** This study aims to find out how to implement discipline character values through the profiles of Pancasila students in class IV-B SDN Rawamangun 05 after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study were students of class IV-B and homeroom teacher of class IV-B as key informants. Data collection was carried out by observing and in-depth interviews as well as documentation records. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and draws conclusions. The results showed that there was an increase in the disciplinary character values of class IV-B students through the profile of Pancasila students after the Covid-19 pandemic. With the habituation of attitudes, obedience to class rules, and timely attendance, the value of the disciplinary character of students after the Covid-19 pandemic has increased. Another factor of this increase is that students are accustomed to being organized and disciplined, learning is carried out by applying the attitude elements from the Pancasila student profile so that it strengthens the disciplined attitude of students. The homeroom teacher has an important role in class, where the homeroom teacher is a role model or role model for students in acting while in class. During post-pandemic face-to-face learning, students receive direct and full supervision by the homeroom teacher, who is able to make students orderly and organized in class. This is also a factor in increasing the value of students' disciplinary character.
