Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang analisis truck round time di lapangan ekspor dalam kegiatan receiving, mengidentifikasi penyebab masalah atau penghambat yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan receiving dari lapangan penumpukan sampai keluar, dan memberikan dampak yang mungkin akan terjadi dari masalah atau hambatan yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan permasalahan pada kegiatan receiving di Terminal Petikemas Koja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang merupakan metode menggambarkan dan menjelaskan suatu kondisi serta fenomena atau variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis truck round time di lapangan ekspor dapat terlihat bahwa terjadinya beberapa kendala yang dialami dalam proses penerimaan petikemas di lapangan penumpukan tersebut. Waktu dari kegiatan receiving tersebut terlihat dari lamanya waktu truck round time yang dimana waktu truck round time yang tidak mencapai waktu ideal sebesar 33% dan yang mencapai presentase waktu ideal sejumlah 67%. Lamanya waktu dari kegiatan receiving sendiri akan memberikan dampak negatif seperti kemacetan yang akan terjadi di dalam atau luar terminal yang akan berdampak pada nama baik terminal petikemas, menurunnya loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan kepada pihak terminal dan akan memperhambat proses kegiatan operasional lainnya yang sedang berlangsung di dalam terminal petikemas tersebut. ***** The purpose of this paper is to find out more about truck round time analysis in the export field in receiving activities, identify the causes of problems or obstacles related to receiving activities from the stacking field to exit, and provide possible impacts from the problems or obstacles found. related to problems in receiving activities at the Koja Container Terminal. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative which is a method of describing and explaining a condition as well as a phenomenon or research variable. Based on the truck round time analysis in the export field, it can be seen that there were several obstacles experienced in the process of receiving containers at the stacking yard. The time of the receiving activity can be seen from the length of time for truck round time, where the truck round time which does not reach the ideal time is 33% and the percentage of the ideal time is 67%. The length of time from receiving activities itself will have negative impacts such as congestion that will occur inside or outside the terminal which will have an impact on the good name of the container terminal, decrease customer loyalty and satisfaction to the terminal and will hamper the process of other ongoing operational activities in the terminal. the container
