Abstract

Sekolah merupakan salah satu agen perubahan dalam membentuk karakter pada anak. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitain ini ialah untuk mengetahui budaya sekolah dalam penerapan kurikulum sebagai wujud dari adanya aspek kurikulum tersembunyi yang tidak terencana (struktural, sistem sosial dan budaya) yang dikemukakan oleh Allan Glatthorn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Menggunakan konsep / teori kurikulum tersembunyi dari Allan Glatthorn, 5 aspek dasar utama pendidikan karakter. Data penelitian didapat dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah beserta Wakasek MI Al – Muhajirien Jakapermai, 2 guru wali kelas dan Kordinatoor program atau budaya sekolah di MI Al – Muhajirien Jakapermai, 2 orang tua murid sebagai informan kunci dan 2 orang siswa sebagai informan tambahan. Lokasi penelitian di sekolah MI Al – Muhajirien Jakapermai Bekasi pada bulan September sampai bulan November. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini Pertama, Karakter islami menjadi pondasi siswa disekolah, hafalan Al - Qur’an menjadi pembiasaan rutin. Kedua, untuk melihat kurikulum tersembunyi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al – Muhajirien Jaka Permai melalui kurikulum ideal seperti kegiatan disekolah baik pengelolaan guru dalam kelas, guru mengadakan tadarus pagi dan literasi dimana karakter yang dibentuk yaitu tanggung jawab, mandiri, disiplin, dan religius. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berupa pencak silat, futsal dan pramuka membentuk karakter tanggung jawab disiplin, kejujuran. Budaya yang dilihat dari kegiatan sehari – hari yang dilakukan sekolah secara spontan baik kegiatan yang direncanakan maupun tidak direncanakan. Selain itu ada beberapa dampak dari adanya penanaman karakter islami pada anak ini yang dipandang dari tiga aspek yaitu dari nilai aqidah, nilai ibadah dan nilai akhlak. School is one of the agents of change in shaping character in children. The purpose of this research is to find out the school culture in implementing the curriculum as a manifestation of the hidden aspects of the unplanned curriculum (structural, social and cultural systems) put forward by Allan Glatthorn.This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. using the concept / theory of curriculum hidden by Allan Glatthirn, children's religious behavior and 5 main basic aspects of character education. The research data were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation with research subjects consisting of the Principal along with Wakasek MI Al -Muhajirien Jakapermai, 2 homeroom teachers and Coordinator of the program or school culture at MI Al -Muhajirien Jakapermai, 2 parents as key informants and 2 students as additional informants. The research location was at MI Al -Muhajirien Jakapermai Bekasi School in September to November.The findings obtained in this study First, religious behavior becomes the foundation of students in school, memorization of the quran becomes routine. Second, to see the hidden curriculum in MI Al -Muhajirien Jakapermai through an ideal curriculum such as school activities both in the management of teachers in the classroom, the teacher held a morning schedule and literacy where the characters formed were responsibility, independence, discipline, and religion. Extracurricular activities in the form of pencak silat, futsal and scouting shape the character of the responsibilities of discipline, honesty. Culture seen from the daily activities carried out spontaneously both planned and unplanned activities. In addition there are several impacts of safeguarding the Islamic character of this child, which is seen from three aspects, namely from the value of aqidah, worship values and moral values.
