Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang keefektifan dan hasil dari model keterampilan passing bawah bola voli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan rancangan pre-test and post-test design. Teknik analisis data mengumpulkan data uji keefektifan menggunakan uji t dengan software SPSS. Uji keefektifan dilakukan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMPN 15 Kota Depok yang berjumlah 40 anak yang diberikan perlakuan menggunakan variasi model keterampilan passing bawah bola voli selama 4 kali pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian passing bawah bola voli dilakukan dengan tes passing bawah selama 1 menit. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan validasi ahli, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat 12 model keterampilan passing bawah berbasis modifikasi media yang dianggap layak. Dan berdasarkan kualitas modelnya, model ini masuk dalam kategori BAIK, dengan nilai 88. Selain itu, setelah dilakukan uji efektivitas model terlihat bahwa model keterampilan ini efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah bola voli dengan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,005. sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata kelompok ekperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan eksperimen memberikan efek yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. This study aims to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness and results of the volleyball underhand passing skill model. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with a pre-test and post-test design. Data analysis techniques collect effectiveness test data using the t test with SPSS software. The effectiveness test was carried out on volleyball extracurricular participants at SMPN 15 Depok City, totaling 40 children who were given treatment using a variation of the volleyball underhand passing skill model for 4 meetings. The research instrument for passing under volleyball was carried out by testing the under passing for 1 minute. The results of the research based on expert validation, it can be said that there are 12 media modification-based models of passing skills that are considered feasible. And based on the quality of the model, this model is included in the GOOD category, with a value of 88. In addition, after testing the effectiveness of the model it can be seen that this skill model is effective for improving volleyball underhand passing skills with a value of p = 0.000 <0.005. so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference between the average of the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that giving experimental treatment has a significant effect compared to the control group.
