Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah prototipe kurikulum program pelatihan manajemen risiko yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan program pelatihan di Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Hilda Taba. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui delapan tahap yang terdapat dalam model tersebut, yaitu (1) Mendiagnosa kebutuhan, (2) Merumuskan tujuan khusus, (3) Pemilihan Isi, (4) Pengorganisasian isi, (5) Memilih pengalaman belajar, (6) Pengorganisasian pengalaman belajar, (7) Memilih evaluasi, (8) Memeriksa keseimbangan dan urutan. Sebagai bentuk penilaian terhadap produk kurikulum yang dikembangkan maka dilakukan evaluasi formatif berupa expert review. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari para ahli tersebut. dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk kurikulum ini sudah dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pelaksanaan pelatihan dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan yang ditinjau dari aspek tujuan kurikulum, aspek materi kurikulum, aspek strategi/metode kurikulum, dan aspek evaluasi kurikulum. ***** This development research aims to produce a prototype risk management training program curriculum that can be used as a reference in implementing training programs at the National Population and Family Planning Board. This research uses the Hilda Taba model. The development procedure is carried out through eight stages contained in the model, namely (1) Diagnosing needs, (2) Formulating specific objectives, (3) Selection of content, (4) Organizing content, (5) Selecting learning experiences, (6) Organizing learning experiences, (7) Selecting evaluation, (8) Checking balance and sequence. As a form of assessment of the curriculum product developed, a formative evaluation in the form of an expert review is carried out. Based on the qualitative data obtained from these experts, it can be concluded that this curriculum product can be used as a guide for training implementation with some notes of improvement in terms of curriculum objectives, aspects of curriculum material, aspects of curriculum strategies/methods, and aspects of curriculum evaluation.
