Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi belajar dan Self Efficacy dan juga faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan sekolah yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, Self Efficacy terhadap hasil belajar, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi dan pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap hasil belajar dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi yang diambil yaitu SMKN 46 Jakarta, SMKN 48 Jakarta dan SMKN 40 Jakarta yang berjumlah 176 siswa. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 124 siswa. Hasil uji persyaratan analisis menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, tidak terdapat pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap hasil belajar, tidak terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar, tidak dapat pengaruh pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap hasil belajar dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Motivasi belajar, Efikasi diri, Lingkungan sekolah *** This research is motivated by internal factors such as learning motivation and selfefficacy as well as external factors such as the school environment which can affect learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, self-efficacy on learning outcomes, the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes with the school environment as a moderating variable and the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes with the school environment as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population taken was SMKN 46 Jakarta, SMKN 48 Jakarta and SMKN 40 Jakarta, totaling 176 students. The sample was taken using simple random sampling in order to obtain 124 students. The results of the analysis requirements test show that the data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, there is no effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes, there is no effect of school environment on learning outcomes, there is no effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes with the school environment as a moderating variable and there is no effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes with the school environment as moderating variable.
