Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Microlearning untuk pelatihan Pax & Baggage Handling di Gapura Learning Center. Produk Microlearning yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan utama, yang terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk Microlearning ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna ( Peserta Pelatihan Pax & Baggage Handling di Gapura Learning Center ). Hasil review ahli ( materi dan media ) melalui kuesioner campuran. Hasil review ahli materi diperoleh nilai rata – rata yaitu 4 ( sangat baik ) dan ahli media diperoleh nilai rata – rata yaitu 3,46 ( sangat baik ) dan menyatakan produk ini sudah baik dari berbagai sisi materi dan media, namun tetap diberikan adanya beberapa perbaikan. Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna dengan menggunakan skala penilaian 1 – 4, diperoleh hasil One to one dengan nilai rata – rata keseluruhan yaitu 4 ( sangat baik ). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk Microlearning ini sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan pelatihan Pax & Baggage Handling di Gapura Learning Center. ***** This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Microlearning for Pax & Baggage Handling training at Gapura Learning Center. The Microlearning product developed refers to the ADDIE model which has 5 main stages, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This Microlearning product has gone through a formative evaluation stage involving experts and users (Pax & Baggage Handling Trainees at Gapura Learning Center). The results of expert reviews (material and media) through mixed questionnaires. The results of material experts obtained an average score of 4 (very good) and media experts obtained an average score of 3.46 (very good) and stated that this product was good from various sides of the material and media, but still provided some improvements. Then at the user trial stage using a rating scale of 1 - 4, the One to one results were obtained with an overall average score of 4 (very good). The formative evaluation results show that this Microlearning product is very good and can be used for Pax & Baggage Handling training needs at Gapura Learning Center.
