Abstract

Analisis Pelaksanaan Knowledge sharing Berdasarkan Model SECI di Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba (2020) Fikri Hidayatulloh ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian pelaksanaan kegiatan knowledge sharing berdasarkan model SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) pada divisi internal Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan wawancara. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 1 orang manager, 4 orang akademik, 4 orang marketing dan 3 orang keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan knowledge sharing pada divisi internal Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba telah sesuai dengan knowledge sharing berdasarkan model SECI, yaitu pada tahap Sosialisasi (Socialization), tahap Kombinasi (Combination) dan tahap Internalisasi (Internalization). Kekurangannya adalah pada tahap Eksternalisasi (Externalization) yaitu dokumentasi hanya berupa catatan dan tidak terdapat rekaman materi sehingga kurang beragam bentuk dokumentasi dari knowledge sharing pada divisi internal di Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba. Analysis of Implementation of Knowledge Sharing Based on the SECI Model in Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba (2020) Fikri Hidayatulloh ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the suitability of the implementation of knowledge sharing activities based on the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) in the internal division of the Salemba Educational Institution. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data sources of this study were 1 manager, 4 academics, 4 marketing and 3 finance. The results showed that the implementation of knowledge sharing activities in the internal division of the Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba was in accordance with knowledge sharing based on the SECI model, in the Socialization, Combination and Internalization stages. The weakness of this research is the Externalization stage, the documentation produced is only in the form of notes and there is no recorded material so there is less variety of forms of documentation from knowledge sharing in the internal division at the Lembaga Pendidikan Salemba.
