Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat manfaat dari Program Keluarga Harapan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya pada bidang pendidikan dan implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Kelurahan Kebon Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Hasil temuan penelitian ini pada satu sisi menunjukkan bahwa masih ditemukan anak yang putus sekolah di Kelurahan Kebon Baru, hal ini yang masih terus diusahakan oleh lembaga – lembaga pelaksana Program Keluarga Harapan. Namun, pada sisi lain menurut KPM, pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting sehingga bagaimanapun kondisinya anak mereka harus tetap bersekolah. Dana bantuan yang mereka dapat mereka manfaatkan dengan baik. Salah satu informan memanfaatkan dana bantuan yang diterima untuk membiayai kebutuhan sekolah di bidang non akademik anaknya sedangkan dua informan lainnya memanfaatkannya untuk membiayai kebutuhan sekolah anaknya di bidang akademik Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Program Keluarga Harapan di Kelurahan Kebon Baru telah cukup membantu KPM mencukupi di bidang ekonomi yaitu mencakup kebutuhan pokok atau kebutuhan sehari – hari dan di bidang pendidikan yaitu mencakup biaya kebutuhan sekolah. Implementasi PKH di Kelurahan Kebon Baru telah berjalan cukup optimal, seluruh lembaga pelaksana telah menjalin koordinasi dengan baik. Namun, masih ada salah satu KPM yang telah terdata tapi uang bantuan belum masuk ke rekening miliknya yang selanjutnya telah ditindaklanjuti oleh pendamping. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Keluarga Penerima Manfaat, Kelurahan Kebon Baru. This study aims to see the benefits of the Family Hope Program in improving community welfare, especially in the field of education and implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kebon Baru Village. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation and interviews with Beneficiary Families(KPM). The findings of this study on the one hand show that there are still children who drop out of school in Kebon Baru Village, this is still being pursued by the implementing institutions of the Family Hope Program. However, on the other hand, according to KPM, education is important so that regardless of their condition, their children must continue to go to school. The aid funds they can put to good use. One informant used the aid received to finance his child's nonacademic school needs while the other two informants used it to finance his child's school needs in the academic field The conclusion of this study is that the Family Hope Program in Kebon Baru Village has been enough to help KPM meet in the economic sector, which covers basic needs or daily needs and in the field of education, which covers school costs. The implementation of PKH in Kebon Baru Village has run quite optimally, all implementing agencies have established good coordination. However, there is still one KPM that has been recorded but the aid money has not yet entered his account which has then been followed up by the companion.
