Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan SOP surat masuk pada Subbagian Arsip Dinamis Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia dan mengetahui apakah penerapan SOP tersebut telah terlaksana dengan optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan berjumlah 4 partisipan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan surat masuk pada Subbagian Arsip Dinamis Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Terdapat Pencatatan Buku Agenda yang berantakan, file cabinet yang tidak diberikan indeks dan unit penindak lanjut, serta perlengakapan pendistribusian yang kurang memadai. Dengan demikian diperlukannya fasilitas atau perlengkapan yang memadai dalam proses pendistribusian, pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap pegawai dalam pengelolaan surat masuk, serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pengelolaan surat masuk. *** This research was conducted at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, which aims to find out the application of incoming letter SOPs in the Dynamic Archives Subdivision of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia and find out whether the application of the SOP has been carried out optimally This research is qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant retrieval technique using purposive sampling with 4 participants. The results obtained in this study state that the management of incoming letters in the Dynamic Archives Subsection of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia is still there that is not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, the storage of letters that are not given indexes and further enforcement units, and inadequate distribution. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distributing, educating and training employees in the management of incoming letters, as well as supervising the management of incoming letters.
