Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website bantu diri bagi peserta didik tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas yang menjadi korban gaslighting. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 01 Gunungputri. Metode penelitian menggunakan Desain Based Research (McKenney & Reeves, 2012). Model penelitian menggunakanmemiliki tiga tahapan, yaitu Analisis dan Eksplorasi dengan peneliti melakukan kajian literatur, diskusi dengan dosen pembimbing, dan kunjungan lapangan ke lokasi penelitian, Desain dan Konstruk dengan peneliti merancang desain website, Evaluasi dan Refleksi dengan peneliti melakukan uji ahli dan keterbacaan pengguna. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 partisipan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan adaptasi Victim Gaslighting Questionnaire versi bahasa Indonesia yang valid dan reliabel, instrumen kebutuhan media, dan instrumen kualitas media. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Penelitian menghasilkan gambaran peserta didik yang menjadi korban gaslighting dan Website Helplance: Heal The Gaslight Effects. Korban gaslighting menghadapi ketidaksepakatan dan kehilangan kepercayaan diri karena pelaku. Hasil penilaian website dari uji ahli media sebesar 87,5% (sangat layak), penilaian ahli materi sebesar 91,25% (sangat layak), penilaian praktisi bimbingan konseling sebesar 97% (sangat layak), dan kerbacaan pengguna sebesar 89% (sangat layak). Menu pada website yaitu beranda, asesmen, pengetahuan tentang gaslighting, heal the gaslight effects, dan kontak pengembang. Website ini dapat digunakan sebagai layanan preventif maupun kuratif bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas terkait pengetahuan dan bantu diri seputar gaslighting, serta guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat memanfaatkan website ini sebagai media pendukung layanan BK di sekolah. ***** This research aims to develop a self-help website for high school students who are victims of gaslighting. The research was conducted at SMAN 01 Gunungputri. The research method used Design Based Research (McKenney & Reeves, 2012). This research model used three processes, namely Analysis and Exploration with researchers conducting literature reviews, discussions with supervisors, and field visits to research locations, Design and Construction with researchers designing website designs, Evaluation and Reflection with researchers conducting expert tests and user readability. The sample size was 135 participants using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used a valid and reliable Indonesian version of the Victim Gaslighting Questionnaire adaptation, a media needs instrument, and a media quality instrument. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The research produced a description of students who were victims of gaslighting and the Helplance Website: Heal The Gaslight Effects. Victims of gaslighting peer disagreement and loss of self trust due to the perpetrator. The website assessment results from the media expert test were 87.5% (very feasible), material expert assessment was 91.25% (very feasible), counseling guidance practitioner assessment was 97% (very feasible), and user readability was 89% (very feasible). The menus on the website are homepage, assessment, knowledge about gaslighting, heal the gaslight effects, and contact the developer. This website can be used as a preventive and curative implementation for high school students related to knowledge and self-help around gaslighting, and guidance and counseling teachers can utilize this website as a supporting media for guidance and counseling at school
