Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan proses analisis penerapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring evaluasi sekolah dalam melaksanakan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di kelas V SD Labschool Cibubur. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil bidang kesiswaan guru kelas V, dan koordinator level V. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dimulai dari tahap analisis yang dilakukan sekolah yaitu pendaftaran sekolah dalam program sekolah penggerak. Tahap perencanaan dengan diadakan rapat guru dalam menentukan tema, menentukan koordinator dan panitia, melakukan observasi untuk memetakan dimensi yang dikembangkan, dan menyusun model proyek, Tahap pelaksanaan mengadopsi sintaks pembelajaran berbasis proyek yaitu pengenalan, kontekstual, aksi, refleksi dan evaluasi. Tahap monitoring evaluasi dibagi menjadi dua lingkup yaitu guru kelas terhadap siswa, dan sesama guru. ***** This study aims to analyze and describe the process of analyzing the application, planning, implementation, and monitoring of school evaluations in carrying out projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in class V SD Labschool Cibubur. This method of study is descriptive qualitative. procedures for gathering data that include interviews, observation, and documenting. School principals, class V teacher student representatives, and level V coordinators served as the study's informants. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion-making. The findings of this study suggest that the Pancasila student profile strengthening project plan starts at the analysis school stage, namely with enrolment in the driving school program at the school. The planning stage involves organizing teacher meetings to decide on the theme, the coordinator, and the committee, as well as to make observations to map the developed dimensions and put together the project model. The project-based learning syntax of introduction, contextual, action, reflection, and evaluation is adopted in the implementation stage. The two areas of focus for the assessment monitoring stage are class teachers' interactions with pupils and other teachers.
