Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan booklet tentang asertif untuk peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian model Design-Based Research (DBR) yang dikembangkan oleh McKenney dan Reevers (2013) dengan beberapa tahapan seperti analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan konstruk, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Tahap analisis dan eksplorasi dilakukan studi pendahuluan dengan menggunakan instrumen Simple Rathus Assertiveness Scale kepada 170 peserta didik kelas X yang menunjukkan hasil sebanyak 38 peserta didik (22%) memiliki sikap asertif yang rendah, 129 peserta didik (76%) sedang dan 3 peserta didik (2%) tinggi. Lalu diberikan angket media pembelajaran yang menunjukkan hasil sebanyak 94% peserta didik menginginkan adanya materi asertif, 90% tertarik dengan materi asertif. 56% sudah mengetahui booklet dan 81% menganggap booklet adalah media yang menarik.Tahap desain dan konstruk dilakukan penyusunan materi sikap asertif untuk booklet. Tahap evaluasi dan refleksi dilakukan dengan uji ahli dan uji coba. Hasil uji validitas media memperoleh persentase sebesar 96% dan dinyatakan sangat layak dengan sistematika yang jelas, adanya contoh dan warna yang serasi. Sedangkan hasil uji validitas materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 80% dan dinyatakan layak dengan contoh, bahasa yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan konsep asertivitas dan kelompok usia calon pengguna. Hasil uji coba kepada peserta didik sebesar 92% yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak, memiliki desain yang menarik dan ilustrasi pada booklet yang sesuai dengan materi. Sehingga, booklet mengenai sikap asertif dapat dinyatakan sangat layak, yang berarti booklet sangat layak digunakan untuk membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan materi tentang aserttif kepada peserta didik ***** This research aimed to develop a booklet about assertive for 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 18 Bekasi . The study followed the Design-Based Research (DBR) model by MCKenney and Reevers (2013), involving several stages: analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. In analysis and exploration phase, a preliminary study was carried out using Simple Rathus Assertiveness Scale instruments to 170 of 10th-grade students, the result showed that 38 (22%) of students had low assertiveness, 129 (76%) of students had medium assertiveness, and 3 (2%) of students had high assertiveness. Then the students are given questionnaire of learning media, the result showed that 94% of students wanted assertiveness material, 90% were interested in assertiveness material. 56% of students already know booklet and 81% consider booklet is an interesting media. At the design and construct stages, assertiveness material was prepared for the booklet. Then in the evaluation and reflection stage, there are expert test and trials. The validity test for the booklet's media received an impressive 96% approval, indicating its high suitability and were declared very feasible with clear systematics, samples and matching colors. The material validity test also obtained a respectable 80% approval, signifying its overall suitability and were declared feasible with examples, the language used was in accordance with the concept of assertiveness and the age group of prospective users. Furthermore, when the booklet was piloted with the students, an impressive 92% found it highly suitable, has an attractive design and illustrations in the booklet that match the material. Then, booklet about assertiveness can be declared very feasible, that means the booklet very feasible to use for counseling teacher to teach the students about assertive
