Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan e-korespondensi serta dampak dan faktor yang berpengaruh pada e-korespondensi di PT Tira Austenite. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu pada PT Tira Austenite, dengan waktu kegiatan observasi dilakukan dari mulai Agustus 2022 sampai dengan Februari 2023. Metode yang penulis gunakan, yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bertugas menangani korespondensi kantor yaitu public relations, sekretaris administrasi divisi, purchasing staff, dan Logistic & Distributions staff. Hal ini dilakukan oleh penulis karena terdapat beberapa bagian orang yang terlibat dalam e-korespondensi di PT Tira Austenite. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penerapan e-korespondensi berdampak pada pelaksanaan kegiatan kantor sehari-hari, dan terdapat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan e-korespondensi tersebut seperti ketersediaan teknologi dan infrastruktur yang memadai, keamanan dan privasi data, dukungan regulasi dan kebijakan, serta tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman pegawai. Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, e-Korespondensi, Korespondensi Bisnis, Korespondensi Digital, Persuratan *** The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of ecorrespondence and the impact and factors that influence e-correspondence at PT Tira Austenite. The place for carrying out this research is at PT Tira Austenite, with the time of observation activities being carried out from August 2022 to February 2023. The method that the author uses is a qualitative research method with the type of research used is a case study. The informants of this study were employees in charge of handling office correspondence, namely public relations, divisional administrative secretaries, purchasing staff, and Logistics & Distributions staff. This is done by the author because there are several sections of people involved in e-correspondence at PT Tira Austenite. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of e-correspondence has an impact on the implementation of daily office activities, and there are various factors that influence these ecorrespondence activities such as the availability of adequate technology and infrastructure, data security and privacy, regulatory and policy support, as well as the level of employee awareness and understanding.
