Abstract

*ABSTRAK* ---------- Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Angkasa Pura II dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi tentang menganalisis bagaimana penerapan aplikasi Sidoel untuk proses surat menyurat tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak dan bagaimana pengembangannya untuk permasalahan yang terjadi pada persuratan melalui aplikasi Sidoel tersebut. Hasil analisis penelitian ini disusun dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan hasil yang didapatkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi, Teknik keabsahan data dengan metode triangulasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan aplikasi Sidoel untuk proses surat menyurat sudah berjalan dengan baik apalagi Sidoel sudah menerapkan orientasi atau pelatihan beberapa hari terhadap karyawan baru yang belum memahami bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi Sidoel untuk Angkasa Pura II. Akan tetapi, untuk pengembangan aplikasi Sidoel untuk proses surat menyurat, peneliti masih menemukan permasalahan dan fitur yang belum dimaksimalkan sehingga menghambat pekerjaan karyawan. Kata kunci : aplikasi Sidoel, surat menyurat, persuratan digital *ABSTRACT* ---------------- This study was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura II with the aim to obtain a description of analyzing how the application of the Sidoel application for the correspondence process is running well or not and how it develops for problems that occur in correspondence through the Sidoel application. The results of the analysis of this study were prepared by descriptive analysis method with the result obtained through data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, data validity techniques using the triangulation method, and data analysis techniques using interactive methods including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study stated that the application of the Sidoel application for the correspondence process has gone well, especially since Sidoel has implemented orientation or training for several days for new employees who do not understand how to use the Sidoel application for Angkasa Pura II. However, for developing Sidoel applications for the correspondence process, researchers still find problems and features that have not been maximized so as to hinder the work of employees.
