Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha seseorang untuk memahami berbagai hal yang akan membuat dirinya lebih baik lagi. Untuk itu motivasi belajar sangat diperluka karena motivasi adalah awal dari suatu penggerak dari dalam atau luar untuk menghasilkan suatu usaha, salah satunya pendidikan. Akhir dari pendidikan adalah hasil belajar, dimana disini akan ditentukan hasil belajarnya baik atau tidak. Untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar tinggi, maka harus diawali dengan keinginan dan motivasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar PSPTKR pada peserta didik SMK N 54 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 139 siswa kelas XI jurusan teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif dengan sampel nya 35 sampel siswa menggunakan proposional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, dengan analisis datanya menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pengujian, maka diketahui bahwa skor motivasi belajar sebanyak 16 siswa dengan presentase 45.8 % berada dikategori cukup baik, sedangkan hasil belajar PSPTKR sebanyak 31 siswa berada di kategori sangat baik dengan nilai predikat (A). Kemudian jika ingin mengetahui apakah ada hubugan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar, maka dilakukan uji hipotesis. Diperoleh nilai korelasi product moment sebesar 0.862 berada dikategori sangat kuat. Kemudian hipotesis dihitung dengan metode sig koefisien korelasi dengan rumus uji t dengan analisis two tail test. Didapatkan hasil t hitung t hitung = 9.691 dan t tabel dengan dk 33, maka didapatkan t tabel = 2.024, maka t hitung > t tabel yang artinya, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, “terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar PSPTKR pada peserta didik SMK N 54 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022. ***** Education is a person's effort to understand various things that will make him better. For this reason, learning motivation is very necessary because motivation is the beginning of an internal or external driver to produce a business, one of which is education. The end of education is learning outcomes, where here it will be determined whether the learning outcomes are good or not. To get high learning outcomes, it must begin with desire and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and PSPTKR learning outcomes in students of SMK N 54 Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative research, using the correlation method. The population in this study were 139 students of class XI majoring in automotive light vehicle engineering with a sample of 35 students using proportional random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument, with data analysis using the product moment correlation test. After conducting data analysis and testing, it is known that the learning motivation scores of 16 students with a percentage of 45.8% are in the fairly good category, while the PSPTKR learning outcomes as many as 31 students are in the very good category with a predicate value (A). Then if you want to know whether there is a relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes, then a hypothesis test is carried out. The product moment correlation value of 0.862 is found in the very strong category. Then the hypothesis is calculated by using the sig correlation coefficient method with the t test formula with two tail test analysis. The results obtained are t arithmetic t arithmetic = 9.691 and t table with dk 33, then obtained t table = 2.034, then t arithmetic > t table which means, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it can be concluded that, "there is a significant relationship between motivation learn with PSPTKR learning outcomes for students of SMK N 54 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year.
