Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan rancangan program advokasi bimbingan dan konseling pada kasus mikroagresi siswa penghayat kepercayaan SMA/SMK di Jabodetabek. Melihat tingkat mikroagresi yang terjadi pada siswa penghayat kepercayaan yang cukup bervariasi di setiap daerah, dari kategori rendah hingga tinggi, kurangnya pemahaman guru Bimbingan dan Konseling mengenai cara mengatasi mikroagresi dengan program advokasi, dan belum adanya program advokasi Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk kelompok siswa penghayat kepercayaan, mendorong peneliti untuk mengembangkan program advokasi Bimbingan dan Konseling. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 22 responden siswa penghayat kepercayaan yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, dan melibatkan 111 responden Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling SMA/SMK di Jabodetabek yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Conductional Education Research dengan tiga tahapan yaitu proses 1) analysis and exploration, 2) design and construction, 3) evaluation and reflection. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Microaggressions Against Religious Individuals Scale (MARIS) dan Advocacy Competencies Self- Assessment (ACSA) Survey, dan wawancara. Instrumen disebar secara daring melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan program advokasi bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengatasi mikroagresi pada siswa penghayat kepercayaan yang telah diujikan oleh dua orang ahli yaitu penyuluh penghayat kepercayaan, pengurus Majelis Luhur Kepercayaan Indonesia (MLKI) dan uji ahli pengguna yaitu tiga orang guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil penilaian program advokasi bimbingan dan konseling ini mendapat penilaian sangat baik. Sehingga dapat diujicobakan secara terbatas hingga luas. ***** This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of designing a guidance and counseling advocacy program in cases of microaggression of high school / vocational indigenous religion students in Jabodetabek. Seeing the level of microaggression that occurs in students who believe in which is quite variable in each region, from low to high categories, the lack of understanding of Guidance and Counseling teachers on how to overcome microaggression with advocacy programs, and the absence of Guidance and Counseling advocacy programs for groups of students who believe in beliefs, encourage researchers to develop Guidance and Counseling advocacy programs. The sample of this study involved 22 respondents of students who believed in beliefs selected using purposive sampling, and involved 111 respondents of High School / Vocational Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Jabodetabek who were selected using accidental sampling. The research method used is Conductional Education Research with three stages, namely the process of 1) analysis and exploration, 2) design and construction, 3) evaluation and reflection. Data were collected using Microaggressions Against Religious Individuals Scale (MARIS) and Advocacy Competencies Self-Assessment (ACSA) Survey, and interviews. Instruments are distributed online via google form. The results of this study are in the form of a design of guidance and counseling advocacy programs to overcome microaggressions in indigenous religion students that have been tested by two experts, namely teacher of indigenous religion or penyuluh, administrators of the Indonesian Luhur Trust Council (MLKI) and user expert tests, namely three Guidance and Counseling teachers. The results of the assessment of this guidance and counseling advocacy program received a very good assessment. So that it can be tested in a limited to widespread manner.
