Abstract

Karissa Pravita Puspitasari, 2023. Manajemen Pembelajaran Piano di Lene Vivace Music School. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Musik, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pembelajaran piano di Lene Vivace Musik School. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2023 di Lene Vivace Music School yang berlokasi di Ruko Suarwood Blok UB No. 26, Boulevard Raffles Hills, Tapos, Kota Depok. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran piano di Lene Vivace Music School menerapkan 4 tahapan teori manajemen pembelajaran yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan penilaian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran piano di Lene Vivace Music School menerapkan 4 tahapan teori manajemen pembelajaran yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil pembelajarannya, Lene Vivace Music School terbukti berhasil dalam mencapai tujuannya, yaitu memberikan sebuah wadah bagi seluruh usia untuk mengembangkan ketrampilannya di bidang musik klasik. ***** Karissa Pravita Puspitasari, 2023. Music Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Jakarta State University The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of piano learning at Lene Vivace Music School is. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research was carried out from March to June 2023 at the Lene Vivace Music School which is located at Ruko Suarwood Blok UB No. 26, Raffles Hills Boulevard, Tapos, Depok City. This research uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, as well as using triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The result of this study is that learning piano at Lene Vivace Music School applies 4 stages of learning management theory consisting of planning, organizing, directing, and assessing. Based on the learning result, Lene Vivace Music School has proven successful in achieving its initial goal, which is to provide a platform for all ages to develop skills in classical music.
