Abstract
Permasalahan yang kerap terjadi antar personal dapat mengganggu proses belajar mengajar biologi, sehingga perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya guna memperbaiki kualitas belajar mengajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian (big-five personality) dan procedural justice terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode survei bersifat kausal dengan path analysis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 14 Jakarta pada bulan Januari hingga Februari 2023 dengan sampel penelitian 100 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik multistage random sampling. Hasil path analysis antara lain: 1) kepribadian (big-five personality) berpengaruh langsung terhadap procedural justice secara signifikan (Phi21 = 0,471); 2) procedural justice berpengaruh langsung terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior secara signifikan (Phi32 = 0,424); 3) kepribadian (big-five personality) berpengaruh langsung terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior secara signifikan (Phi31 = 0,635); dan 4) procedural justice merupakan variabel mediator baik antara kepribadian (big-five personality) dan interpersonal citizenship behavior peserta didik (Phi31.2 = 0,2). Oleh karenanya, dalam upaya membentuk interpersonal citizenship behavior peserta didik, faktor kepribadian (big-five personality) dan procedural justice perlu dipertimbangkan. ***** Interpersonal problems can interfere with the teaching and learning process in biology, knowing the factors that influence teaching and learning process can improve the quality of teaching and learning. This study aims to determine the effect of personality (big-five personality) and procedural justice on students' interpersonal citizenship behavior. The method used is a causal survey method with path analysis. This research was conducted at SMAN 14 Jakarta in January until February 2023. This research used 100 students as samples selected using multistage random sampling technique. The results of the path analysis include: 1) personality (big-five personality) has a significant direct effect on procedural justice (Phi21 = 0.471); 2) procedural justice has a direct effect on interpersonal citizenship behavior significantly (Phi32 = 0.424); 3) personality (big-five personality) has a direct effect on interpersonal citizenship behavior significantly (Phi31 = 0.635); and 4) procedural justice is a good mediator variable between personality (big-five personality) and interpersonal citizenship behavior of students (Phi31.2 = 0.2). Therefore, in an effort to form students' interpersonal citizenship behavior, personality factors (big-five personality) and procedural justice need to be considered.
