Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap berhutang terhadap stres kerja pada kurir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 137 kurir PT X di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh siginifikan dan positif antara stres kerja dan sikap berhutang dengan F hitung sebesar 4,265 yang artinya lebih besar dari F tabel yang memiliki nilai 3,91 (F hitung > F Tabel) dan memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0,041 yang artinya lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi (sig 0,041<0,05). Besarnya pengaruh antara sikap berhutang dan stres kerja terhadap kurir sebesar 3%. This study aims to determine the effect of debt attitude on work stress on couriers. This research uses quantitative methods. The technique used in the sampling of this study was non-probability sampling with a total sample of 137 PT X couriers in Jakarta. The results of this study are that there is a significant and positive influence between work stress and debt attitudes with F count of 4.265, which means that it is greater than F table which has a value of 3.91 (F count > F Table) and has a significance of 0.041 which means less than significance level (sig 0.041 <0.05). The magnitude of the influence between the attitude of debt and work stress on couriers is 3%.
