Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Kurikulum Berbasis Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) yang diselenggarakan di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. Sub fokus dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan kurikulum berbasis SKS, pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis SKS, dan pengawasan kurikulum berbasis SKS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, dan Guru, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) perencanaan penyelenggaraan SKS dilakukan dengan tahapan analisis kesiapan sekolah, penentuan dan penyusunan model penyelenggaraan SKS, pembentukan Tim Pengembang Kurikulum/Tim Pelaksana SKS, persiapan dokumen pendukung SKS, persiapan guru dan bahan ajar, persiapan sarana prasarana dan IT serta perizinan penyelenggaraan SKS. (2) pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan SKS dilakukan dengan tahapan penerimaan peserta didik baru, penempatan peserta didik, sosialisasi SKS kepada orang tua dan siswa, pembimbingan akademik, pembelajaran, penilaian, laporan hasil belajar dan penentuan kelulusan siswa. (3) pengawasan penyelenggaraan SKS dilakukan dengan pengawasan eksternal dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta menggunakan instrumen monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan SKS dan pengawasan internal dari Kepala Sekolah terhadap guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri. This research to find out Management of Curriculum Based on System Credit Semester (SKS) which was held at 81 Jakarta Senior High School. Sub focus of this research is the SKS-based curriculum planning, the implementation of the SKS-based curriculum, and the supervision of the SKS-based curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants in the study included: Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, and Teachers, the results of the study showed that; (1) SKS implementation planning is carried out with stages of school readiness analysis, determination and preparation of SKS implementation models, establishment of a Curriculum Development Team / SKS Implementation Team, preparation of supporting documents for SKS, preparation of teachers and teaching materials, preparation of infrastructure and IT facilities as well as licensing for implementing SKS. (2) the implementation of SKS is carried out with the stages of acceptance of new students, placement of students, socialization of SKS to parents and students, academic guidance, learning, assessment, learning outcomes reports and determination of student graduation. (3) supervision of the implementation of SKS is carried out with external supervision from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office using the instrument of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of SKS and internal supervision from the School Principal to the teacher in the management of learning of the Independent Learning Activity Unit.
