Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Perwira Pertama Di Koarmada-I. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang dipilih menjadi faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah Trust, leadership, environment dan Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 143 responden yang merupakan Perwira Pertama di Koarmada-I Jakarta. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, Trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Military Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, Military Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, Environment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Trust terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment, Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Military Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment, Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Environment terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa hipotesis yang tidak terbukti, hasil tersebut tidak sejalan dengan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Hal ini menjadi kebaruan dari penelitian ini. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk sumber referensi bagi para peneliti selanjutnya. In this study, the variables selected to be the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior are Trust, leadership, environment and Organizational Commitment. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample consisted of 143 respondents who were First Officers in Jakarta's Koarmada-I. The analytical method of this study uses descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that Trust has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Trust has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Military Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Military Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Environment has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, There is an indirect effect of Trust on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment, There is no indirect effect of Military Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment, There is an indirect effect of Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment.
