Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar menulis teks anekdot melalui aplikasi powtoon. Pada penelitian yang disusun menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Materi ajar yang dikembangkan dalam menulis teks anekdot adalah Powtoon. Powtoon memiliki banyak fitur menarik sehingga peserta didik terhindar dari sifat membosankan dalam proses pembelajaran. Manfaat dari materi ajar berbasis powtoon yaitu mengatasi salah salah satu hambatan pada siswa dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran khususnya dalam materi menulis teks anekdot. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan wawancara dengan guru bahasa Indonesia dan penyebaran angket untuk siswa melalui google form, analisis kurikulum, analisis materi ajar, validasi ahli materi, dan validasi ahli media. Selain itu, dilakukan uji kelayakan model kepada guru bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas X SMK N 4 Kota Tangerang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data deskriptif, kualitatif, dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa materi ajar menulis teks anekdot yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi powtoon. Kelayakan materi ajar menulis teks anekdot berbasis powtoon untuk siswa kelas X SMK termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari penilaian dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,4 dengan presentase 88%, penilaian ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,8 dengan presentase 76%, penilaian guru bahasa Indonesia memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,5 dengan presentase 90%, dan penilaian siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,2 dengan presentase 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tersebut Materi Ajar Menulis Teks Anekdot Berbasis Powtoon Pada Siswa Kelas X SMK dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran. ***** This study aims to develop a teaching material of writing anecdote texts through Powtoon application. It was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The teaching material developed in writing anecdotal texts is Powtoon. Powtoon has many interesting features so that students avoid the boring nature of the learning process. The benefits of powtoon-based teaching materials are overcoming one of the obstacles to students in carrying out the learning process, especially in writing anecdotes. Data collection was carried out through needs analysis interviews with Indonesian language teachers and distributing questionnaires for students through google form, curriculum analysis, teaching material analysis, material expert validation, and media expert validation. In addition, the feasibility test of the model was conducted to Indonesian language teachers and students of class X SMK N 4 Kota Tangerang. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative data analysis. The result of this study is in the form of teaching material for writing anecdote texts that can be accessed through Powtoon application. The feasibility of the teaching material of Powtoon-based anecdote text writing for grade X SMK students is in the very good category. The result of the material expert assessment obtained an average score of 4.4 with a percentage of 88%, the media expert assessment obtained an average score of 3.8 with a percentage of 76%, the Indonesian language teacher assessment obtained an average score of 4.5 with a percentage of 90%, and the student assessment obtained an average score of 4.2 with a percentage of 84%. Based on the result of this assessment, the Teaching Material of Powtoon-based Anecdote Text Writing for Class X of Vocational Students is declared suitable to use in the learning process.
