Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Modul Berbasis Web pada Mata Pelatihan Self Leadership di BASARNAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree yang memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu Tahap Perencanaan, Tahap Persiapan Penulisan, dan Tahap Penulisan dan Penyuntingan. Hasil penelitian berupa produk Modul Berbasis Web yang diunggah ke dalam Learning Management System BASARNAS sebagai bahan ajar online. Pengembangan telah melalui evaluasi formatif dengan melibatkan 1 (satu) ahli materi, 1 (satu) ahli media, 1 (satu) ahli desain pembelajaran dan 3 (tiga) pengguna. Hasil expert review menunjukkan bahwa produk membutuhkan beberapa revisi minor, kemudian hasil uji kelayakan produk oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor 3,86 (produk berkualitas sangat tinggi), ahli media memperoleh skor 3,25 (produk berkualitas tinggi), dan ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh skor 3,71 (produk berkualitas sangat tinggi). Sedangkan hasil dari uji pengguna one to one menyatakan bahwa Modul Berbasis Web ini sudah baik dan sesuai dari berbagai aspek-aspek modul. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Modul berbasis Web ini layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk memfasilitasi Mata Pelatihan Self Leadership di BASARNAS.*****This study aims to develop a Web-Based Module product for Self Leadership Training Subjects for Rescuers at BASARNAS. This study uses the Rowntree development model which has 3 stages: Planning, Writing Preparation, and Writing and Editing. The results of the study were in the form of Web-Based Module products uploaded into BASARNAS Learning Management System as online learning materials. The development has been evaluated using formative evaluation methods by 1 (one) material expert, 1 (one) media expert, 1 (one) instructional design expert and 3 (three) users. The expert review results show that the product requires several minor revisions, and the product feasibility test by the material expert yields a score of 3.86 (very high quality product), the media expert yields a score of 3.25 (high quality product), and the learning design expert yields a score of 3.71 (very high quality product). While the results of the one to one user test indicate that this Web-Based Module is suitable and appropriate in numerous aspects. Based on the development results, Web-based Module is appropriate for usage as an self-instructional learning material to facilitate the Rescuer in Self Leadership Training Subjects at BASARNAS.
