Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan minat masyarakat Kota Bogor terhadap parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara pada festival Cap Go Meh, 2) mendeskripsikan faktor minat masyarakat terhadap parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara pada festival Cap Go Meh, 3) mendeskripsikan perspektif masyarakat Kota Bogor terhadap parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara pada festival Cap Go Meh, 4) mendeskripsikan nilai edukasi sosial yang terkandung dalam parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara pada festival Cap Go Meh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencabutan Instruksi Presiden (INPRES) Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 1967 tentang Agama, Kepercayaan dan Adat Istiadat Cina yang menjadi salah satu faktor utama penyebab kelompok ECI melakukan ekspresi agama, kepercayaan dan adat istiadat Cina melalui pertunjukan populer khususnya di Pontianak dan Singkawang yaitu Imlek dan Cap Go Meh. Bogor Street Festival Cap Go Meh merupakan salah satu agenda rutin dalam perayaan Imlek di Kota Bogor dengan ciri khas nya yaitu, parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara. Pelaksanaan Cap Go Meh di Kota Bogor memicu adanya kontribusi minat dan perspektif masyarakat, khususnya pada parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sampel purposive sampling untuk menentukan kriteria responden yang dapat terlibat dalam pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 252 sampel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari tingkat minat masyarakat masuk pada kategori tinggi (74,6% ) dengan hasil analisis data pada tiap aspek minat masuk dalam kategori baik-sangat baik, terutama pada aspek ketertarikan dan keterlibatan yang menjadi faktor pendukung minat masyarakat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perspektif masyarakat masuk pada kategori baik (65,1%) dengan hasil analisis data pada tiap aspek perspektif masuk dalam kategori baik. Nilai edukasi sosial yang terkandung dalam parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara berada pada kategori baik (89,7% ). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat dan perspektif masyarakat terhadap parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan untuk nilai edukasi sosial yang terkandung dalam parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara memiliki kategori baik. Kata Kunci : minat, perspektif, parade tari dan seni budaya nusantara, festival Cap Go Meh, nilai edukasi sosial ***** This research aims to 1) describe the interest of the people of Bogor City in the dance parade and the archipelago's cultural arts at the Cap Go Meh festival, 2) describe the factors of public interest in the dance parade and the archipelago's cultural arts at the Cap Go Meh festival, 3) describe the perspectives of the people of Bogor City towards the dance parade and cultural arts archipelago at the Cap Go Meh festival, 4) describe the value of social education contained in the dance parade and cultural art archipelago at the Cap Go Meh festival. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative using survei methods. This research was motivated by the revocation of the Presidential Instruction (INPRES) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 1967 concerning Chinese Religion, Beliefs and Customs which became one of the main factors causing the ECI group to express Chinese religion, beliefs and customs through popular performances, especially in Pontianak and Singkawang namely Chinese New Year and Cap Go Meh. The Bogor Street Festival Cap Go Meh is one of the routine agendas for Chinese New Year celebrations in the Bogor city with the trademark, namely, the dance parade and the archipelago's cultural arts. The implementation of Cap Go Meh in Bogor City sparked contributions from people's interests and perspectives, especially in dance parades and archipelago cultural arts. This research used a purposive sampling type to determine the criteria for respondents who could be involved in filling out the questionnaire which was distributed to 252 samples. The results obtained from the level of community interest are in the high category (74,6% ) with the results of data analysis on each aspect of interest included in the good-very good category, especially in the aspects of interest and involvement which are supporting factors for community interest. The results obtained from the community's perspective are included in the good category (65,1% ) with the results of data analysis on each aspect of the perspective included in the good category. The value of social education contained in dance parades and the arts and culture of the archipelago is in the good category (89,7%). Thus it can be concluded that the interest and perspective of the people towards the dance parade and the archipelago's cultural arts in the good category, while the social educational value contained in the dance parade and the archipelago's cultural arts has good category.
