Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan manajemen data dan informasi untuk operator di Markas Pusat PMI. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 yaitu reaction. Model ini ditujukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan dari pihak peserta pelatihan terhadap pelatihan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta merespon positif pada hampir setiap aspek diantaranya aspek pelatih/fasilitator, fasilitas, media, handout, materi, konsumsi, latihan/tugas, dan studi kasus, sedangkan aspek lain seperti jadwal, mendapat respon paling rendah. Hasil data tersebut diperkuat oleh hasil wawancara kepada peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi Badiklat PMI Pusat dalam penyelenggaraan program pelatihan selanjutnya. ***** This study aims to determine the results of evaluating the implementation of data and information management training activities for operators at PMI Central Headquarters. This study used the Kirkpatrick level 1 evaluation model, namely reaction. This model is intended to measure the level of satisfaction of the training participants with the training. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The results of the data showed that most of the participants responded positively to almost every aspect including aspects of trainers/facilitators, facilities, media, handouts, materials, consumption, exercises/assignments, and case studies, while other aspects such as schedules received the lowest responses. The results of these data are strengthened by the results of interviews with training participants. The results of the research can be used as material for evaluation of the Central PMI Education and Training Center in the implementation of the next training program.
