Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kehadiran ayah terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja santri di Pondok Pesantren “X”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik insidental sampling dengan sampel 242 responden remaja santri di Pondok Pesantren “X” berusia 12-17 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Gonçalves dkk., pada tahun 2016 dan Father Presence Questionnaire (FPQ) yang dikonstruksi oleh Krampe dan Newton pada tahun 2006. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa F(1,227) = 11,303 dan F tabel = 3,8827 maka F hitung > F tabel dengan p = 0,001 maka p < 0,05 dan R square = 0,047. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bullying = 41,113 + (-0,048) kehadiran ayah dengan koefisien kehadiran ayah sebesar -0,048. Maka dari itu, kehadiran ayah memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku bullying. Remaja santri yang memersepsikan ayahnya hadir dalam kehidupannya dalam penelitian ini terbukti dapat menurunkan perilaku bullying di pondok pesantren. This study aims to determine the effect of father's presence on bullying behavior in adolescent students at "X" Islamic Boarding School. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is incidental technique sampling with a sample of 242 adolescent student respondents at "X" Islamic Boarding School aged 12-17 years. The measurement instruments used are Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) developed by Gonçalves et al. in 2016 and Father Presence Questionnaire (FPQ) constructed by Krampe and Newton in 2006. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis showed that F(1.227) = 11.303 and F table = 3.8827 then F count > F table with p = 0.001 then p < 0.05 and R square = 0.047. The resulting simple linear regression equation shows that bullying behavior = 41.113 + (-0.048) father presence with a father presence coefficient of -0.048. Therefore, the father's presence has a negative and significant effect on bullying behavior. Students who perceive their father as present in their lives in this study are proven to be able to reduce bullying behavior in Islamic boarding schools.
