Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari ekposure video kewirausahaan terhadap Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuasi eksperimen menggunakan NonRandomised Pre-Test Post-Test Control-Group Design. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 82 mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang mengambil mata kuliah Psikologi Kewirausahaan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Undimentional Domain-Specific Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) yang dikembangkan oleh Schjoedt & Craig dengan level signifikansi 0,713. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U dan menunjukkan skor sig. (2-tailed), yaitu 0,002 dan 0,000 atau p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan positif yang signifikan antara pretest dan postest Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy atau sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan menggunakan eksposure video kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Eksposure video kewirausahaan, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurial videos exposure on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy in college students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental using a Non-Randomised Pre-Test Post-Test Control-Group Design. The subject of this research are 82 college students of the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology Education, Jakarta State University who took the Psychology Entrepreneurship course that obtained by purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the Undimentional Domain-Specific Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) developed by Schjoedt & Craig with a significance level of > 0.713. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and shows sig . (2-tailed) score of 0.002 and 0.000 or p <0.05. This result showed that there was a significant positive improvement between pretest and posttest Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy or before and after treatment using entrepreneurial videos exposure.
