Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap teacher well-being di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) inklusif. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Jakarta/Bogor/Depok/Tangerang/Bekasi (Jabodetabek) yang menerapkan pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu Teacher Well-Being Scale (TWBS) yang memiliki 16 item dan Psycological Capital Quetionaire (PCQ) yang memiliki 24 item. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan pada 125 responden, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap teacher well-being di SMP inklusif. Pada variabel psychological capital, terdapat pengaruh sebesar 16,9% terhadap variabel teacher well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on teacher well-being in inclusive Junior High Schools. Respondents in this study were teachers who taught at Junior High Schools in Jakarta/Bogor/Depok/Tanggerang/Bekasi (Jabodetabek) who implemented inclusive education. This study uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The study instrument used by reseachers were Teacher Well-Being Scale (TWBS) which had 16 items and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) which had 24 items. The results of data analysis conducted on 125 respondents, it is known that there is an effect of psychological capital on teacher well-being in inclusive Junior High Schools. On the psychological capital variable, there is an influence of 16,9% on teacher well-being variable.
