Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan mengembangkan produk Video Tutorial Reach, Throw, Row, Go, Tow pada Pelatihan Water Rescue untuk Rescuer di BASARNAS. Pengembangan ini berfokus pada pengembangan video tutorial menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck yang memiliki tiga (3) tahapan, Fase 1 : Analisas Kebutuhan (Phase 1: Need Asses), Fase 2 : Desain (Phase 2: Design), Fase 3 : Pengembangan dan Implementasi (Phase 3: Development and Implementation). Hasil pengembangan berupa produk video tutorial yang diunggah ke dalam platform Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh instruktur dan rescuer di BASARNAS. Video Tutorial ini telah melalui evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan ahli dan pengguna. Hasil review ahli (expert review) menunjukkan perlunya beberapa perbaikan dari aspek materi, pembelajaran dan media. Hasil uji kelayakan produk (expert judgement) diperoleh skor 3,63 dari ahli materi, skor 4,00 dari ahli pembelajaran dan skor 3,60 dari ahli media. Dari ketiga perolehan skor tersebut maka produk pengembangan ini masuk ke dalam kategori berkualitas sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil uji pengguna one to one menyatakan secara keseluruhan produk video sudah baik, materi mudah dipahami, kualitas gambar dan suara sangat baik serta relevan dengan pertolongan di perairan dalam dunia nyata, namun perlu memperdalam pembahasan pada Teknik Go dan Tow. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan menunjukkan produk Video Tutorial Reach, Throw, Row, Go, Tow layak memfasilitasi belajar rescuer pada Pelatihan Water Rescue di BASARNAS.*****This research focuses on development of video tutorials using The Hannafin and Peck model which has three (3) stages, Phase 1: Need Asses, Phase 2: Design, Phase 3: Development and Implementation. The findings of this study are in the form of video tutorial product that are posted to the YouTube site as instructional media that instructors and Rescuers are able to utilize. This Video Tutorial has been evaluated by the experts and users. The expert review results highlight the need for a few adjustments in the material, learning, and media aspects. The product feasibility test (expert judgment) obtained a score of 3.63 from material experts, 4.00 from learning experts, and 3.60 from media experts. This development product is classified as a very high quality category, according to the three scores it obtained. While the results of the one-to-one user test showed that the video product was generally helpful, the knowledge was easy to learn, the picture and sound quality was very good and applicable to help in real-world waters, but additional explanation on the Go and Tow Technique was required. According to the development results, the Reach, Throw, Row, Go, Tow Video Tutorial product is suitable to rescuer for facilitating learning in Water Rescue Training at BASARNAS.
