Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk job aid atau panduan kerja bagi peserta magang MBKM khususnya pada divisi Product and Module Development (PMD) di PT Mojadi Aplikasi Indonesia (MojadiApp). Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Charlotte Long yang terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu (1) Analyze Barriers (2) Determine Medium (3) Categorize Task (4) Select Format (5) Draft Job Aid (6) Comply with Guidelines dan menambahkan satu tahap evaluasi produk. Pada tahap evaluasi produk dilakukan dengan melakukan evaluasi formatif yang terdiri dari expert review, uji coba produk satu lawan satu dan uji kelayakan produk. Expert review melibatkan satu orang ahli materi dan satu orang ahli media dan uji coba one to one melibatkan empat orang peserta magang divisi PMD. Hasil dari expert review dan uji coba pengguna memperoleh respon positif disertai masukan dan saran agar produk dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Pada uji kelayakan produk job aid oleh para ahli, hasil pengolahan skor menjadi persentase yang diberikan oleh ahli materi sebesar 89,23% yang dapat dinyatakan sangat layak, dan hasil pengolahan skor menjadi persentase yang diberikan oleh ahli media sebesar 87,36% yang dapat dinyatakan sangat layak. Hasil kelayakan produk job aid ini dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa produk job aid ini layak untuk diimplementasikan di lapangan dan sebagai intervensi untuk pemecahan masalah kinerja dan sesuai dengan fungsinya yaitu memfasilitasi, membimbing dan pengingat. ***** This development research aims to produce job aid products or work guides for MBKM internships, especially in the Product and Module Development (PMD) division at PT Mojadi Aplikasi Indonesia (MojadiApp). This development uses the Charlotte Long development model which consists of six stages, namely (1) Analyze Barriers (2) Determine Medium (3) Categorize Task (4) Select Format (5) Draft Job Aid (6) Comply with Guidelines and adds one product evaluation stage. At the product evaluation stage, this is done by conducting a formative evaluation consisting of expert review, one to one product trial and product feasibility test. Expert review involved one material expert and one media expert and one to one trial involved four PMD division internships. The results of expert and user reviews obtained a positive response along with input and suggestions for the product can be followed up by improving to improve product quality. In the feasibility test of job aid products by experts, the results of processing scores into percentages given by material experts are 89.23% which can be declared very feasible, and the results of processing scores into percentages given by media experts are 87.36% which can be declared very feasible. The results of the feasibility of this job aid product can be interpreted that this job aid product is feasible to be implemented in the field and as an intervention for solving performance problems and in accordance with its functions, namely facilitating, guiding and reminder.
