Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen tahfidz di SMP IT Ash Shiddiqiyyah Ciputat. Sub fokus penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP IT Ash Shiddiqiyyah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, koordinator tahfidz, guru tahfidz, siswa dan orangtua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan tahfidz dilakukan pada waktu rapat kerja (Raker) pada setiap sebelum awal tahun ajaran baru dimulai, perencanaan ini meliputi perencanaan jangka pendek yaitu satu hari 5 baris dan jangka panjang 1 tahun 1 juz dalam program tahfidz. (2) pengorganisasian tahfidz dilakukan dengan menentukan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan bagian masing-masing. (3) Pelaksanaan tahfidz dilakukan setiap hari dari hari senin-jum’at dengan waktu 1 jam atau 2 jam pembelajaran, kegiatan progam tahifdz dilakukan di sekolah dan siswa menyetorkan hafalan kepada guru mentor sesuai dengan kelompok pembinaan masing-masing, dimana 1 kelompok pembinaan terdapat 15-16 siswa. Siswa wajib setoran hafalan 1 hari 5 baris bagi fase tahfidz dan bagi fase muroja’a 1 halaman perhari. (4) Pengawasan tahfidz dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan koordinator guru tahfidz dengan mengobservasi kegiatan dan melalui laporan tertulis dari guru pembina kepada koordinator guru tahfidz. ***** "This study aims to describe the management of the tahfidz at SMP IT Ash Shiddiqiyyah Ciputat. The sub focus of this research is planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. This research was conducted at Ash Shiddiqiyyah IT Middle School. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants of this study were school principals, vice principals, tahfidz coordinators, tahfidz teachers, students and parents. The results of the study show that: (1) Planning for the tahfidz is carried out during a work meeting (Raker) before the start of each new school year. This planning includes short-term planning, namely one day 5 lines and long term 1 year 1 juz in the tahfidz program. (2) the organization of the tahfidz is carried out by determining the duties and responsibilities according to each section. (3) The implementation of the tahifdz is carried out every day from Monday-Friday with 1 hour or 2 hours of learning, tahifdz activities are carried out in schools and students deposit memorization to mentor teachers according to each coaching group, where 1 coaching group there are 15-16 students. Students are required to deposit 1 day 5 lines of memorization for the tahfidz phase and for the muroja'a phase 1 page per day. (4) Supervision of the tahfidz is carried out by the school principal and the tahfidz teacher coordinator by observing activities and through written reports from the supervising teacher to the tahfidz teacher coordinator."
