Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh humor seksis terhadap toleransi pelecehan seksual. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen posttest only control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 133 responden dengan 65 responden kelompok eksperimen menggunakan humor seksis dan 68 responden kelompok kontrol menggunakan humor nonseksis. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Sexual Harassment Judgements. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh humor seksis terhadap toleransi pelecehan seksual dengan melihat skor perbedaan kelompok humor seksis (M = 44,7385) dan kelompok humor nonseksis (M = 41,5147). Kelompok humor seksis memiliki toleransi pelecehan seksual yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok humor nonseksis.
