Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi resiliensi dalam pengaruh beban caregiver terhadap kecemasan masa depan pada caregiver informal dari individu dengan disabilitas perkembangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan Analisis mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 103 caregiver informal dari individu dengan disabilitas perkembangan yang diperoleh melalui teknik snow-ball sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Dark Future Scale (DFS), dan Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) dalam versi Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data yang dilakukan melalui Hayes PROCESS model 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan beban caregiver terhadap kecemasan masa depan (c’ = 0,2415; p = 0,000) dan terdapat mediasi parsial resiliensi dalam pengaruh beban caregiver terhadap kecemasan masa depan (ab = 0,0697; BootLLCI = 0,0090; BootULCI = 0,1275). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dapat meminimalisasi dampak buruk beban caregiver terhadap kecemasan masa depan pada caregiver informal dari individu dengan disabilitas perkembangan. Kata kunci: Beban Caregiver, Kecemasan Masa Depan, Resiliensi, Caregiver Informal, Disabilitas Perkembangan This study aims to determine the mediating role of resilience on the impact of caregiver burden on future anxiety in informal caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities. This research used quantitative method with mediation analysis. The sample of this study consisted of 103 informal caregivers from individuals with developmental disabilities who were obtained through the snow-ball sampling technique. The measurement scales used are Indonesian versions of Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Dark Future Scale (DFS) and Brief Resilience Scale (BRS). Data analysis performed through model 4 of Hayes PROCESS. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant impact of caregiver burden on future anxiety (c’ = 0.2415; p = 0.000) and that resilience partially mediated the impact of caregiver burden on future anxiety (ab = 0.0697; BootLLCI = 0, 0090; BootULCI = 0.1275). These results indicate that resilience could minimize the negative impact of caregiver burden on future anxiety in informal caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities.
