Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelekatan dengan ibu dan kesepian pada mahasiswa rantau di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan analisis korelasi spearman rank. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 66 orang, terdiri dari mahasiswa rantau di Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah De Jong Loneliness Scale (DJLS) yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006) untuk mengukur variabel kesepian dan The Inventory of Parent-Peer Attachment (IPPA) yang disusun oleh Armsden dan Greenberg pada (1987) untuk mengukur variabel kelekatan dengan ibu. Hasil temuan memeroleh nilai p = .242 > 0.05, artinya tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel kelekatan dengan ibu dengan kesepian pada mahasiswa rantau di Jabodetabek. Kata kunci: Kelekatan dengan Ibu, Kesepian, Mahasiswa Rantau. The study aims to determine the relationship of mother attachment and loneliness on undergraduate regional students in Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative method, which the results are tested using spearman rank analysis. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. This sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents. Consisting of undergraduate regional students in Jabodetabek. The measuring instrument used in this research is De Jong Loneliness Scale designed by De Jong Gierveld (2006) to measure loneliness and The Inventory of Parent-Peer Attachment (IPPA) designed by Armsden and Greenberg (1987) to measure mother attachment. The results showed a significance value p = .242 > 0.05, meaning that both variables which is mother attachment and loneliness has no relationship on the undergraduate regional students in Jabodetabek.
