Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh job insecurity terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 152 orang, terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah (JIQ) yang disusun oleh De Witte (2000) untuk mengukur variabel job insecurity dan Task Performance Scale yang dirancang oleh Willaims dan Anderson (1991) untuk mengukur organizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara job insecurity terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan startup di Jakarta. Job insecurity mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behaviour sebesar 3.8% This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior among employees in startup companies in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the type. The sample for this research consists of 152 individuals, comprising employees working in startup companies in Jakarta. The measurement tools used in this study are the Job Insecurity Questionnaire (JIQ) developed by De Witte (2000) to measure the job insecurity variable, and the Task Performance Scale designed by Williams and Anderson (1991) to measure organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior among startup employees in Jakarta. Job insecurity affects organizational citizenship behavior by 3.8%
