Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh grit terhadap kebahagiaan guru di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 138 guru TK/SD/SMP/SMA di Jakarta yang aktif mengajar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Orientation to Happiness dan Short Grit Scale. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa F hitung (24.981) > F hitung (3,91) dan nilai p 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara grit terhadap kebahagiaan guru di era digital. Grit dapat memengaruhi kebahagiaan sebesar 15,5%, sedangkan 84,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of grit on teacher happiness in the digital era. The research method used is quantitative research with a causal research design. The research sample was 138 kindergarten/elementary/junior/high school teachers in Jakarta who actively teach using digital technology obtained using incidental sampling techniques. Data collection in this study used the Orientation to Happiness and Short Grit Scale instruments. The results were estimated with simple linear regression analysis, which showed the result that F count (24,981) > F count (3.91) and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant positive effect between grit on teacher happiness in the digital era. Grit can affect happiness by 15.5%, while 84.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
