Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis prinsip kerjasama dan pengungkapan implikatur dalam dialog film "Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini" karya Angga D. Sasongko dengan pendekatan pragmatik. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana prinsip kerjasama Grice dan implikatur digunakan dalam interaksi karakter dalam film. Dalam analisis, peneliti mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pelanggaran prinsip kerjasama yang meliputi maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara berbicara dalam percakapan karakter juga mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis wujud-wujud implikatur yang digunakan dalam dialog. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bagaimana prinsip kerjasama dan implikatur berperan dalam mengembangkan karakter dan plot dalam film. Analisis pragmatik membantu dalam mengungkapkan kompleksitas interaksi karakter dan memahami lapisan makna dalam komunikasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang penggunaan pragmatik dalam film dan bagaimana aspek�aspek yang ada dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan cerita dalam konteks visual. Sasongko's film, "Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini," employing a pragmatic framework. The primary aim of this study is to gain insight into how Grice's principles of cooperation and implicatures are applied in the interactions among the characters in the film. During the analysis, the researchers both identify and analyze instances of cooperation principle violations, encompassing the maxims of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner of expression in character dialogues. Additionally, they scrutinize the various forms of implicatures utilized in the dialogue. The outcomes of this research illuminate how the principles of cooperation and implicatures significantly contribute to character development and plot progression in films. A pragmatic analysis proves instrumental in unveiling the intricacies of character interactions and uncovering layers of meaning in communication. The implications of this research offer a deeper comprehension of the utilization of pragmatics in filmmaking and how these elements can enhance the narrative aspect within a visual context.
