Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the correlation between big five personality traits and teacher well-being in inclusive junior high schools. The research method used is a quantitative method with measuring instruments of the Big Five Inventory by Neila Ramdhani (2012) and the Teacher Well-Being Scale by Collie (2015). The sample in this study was 123 participants who were obtained using a convenience sampling technique. The statistical hypothesis analysis test used was a correlation test using the bivariate Pearson correlation. The results showed that the personality traits of openness to experience and neuroticism in the big five personality had a relationship with teacher well-being, while the other traits, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness, had no relationship with teacher well-being.
