Abstract

ABSTRAK Intan Fitrianty, PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBING PROMPTING DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS DI KELAS OLAHRAGA SMP NEGERI 11 DEPOK. Skripisi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu penerapan model pembelajaran Probing Prompting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas olahraga VIII.11 yang berjumlah 34 siswa di SMP Negeri 11 Depok sejak bulan Februari sampai bulan April 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: Perencanaan Tindakan (Planning), Pelaksanaan Tindakan (Acting), Observasi (Observing), dan Refleksi (Reflecting). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terjadi peningkatan setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus 1 sebesar 35% (12 siswa) yang memperoleh nilai diatas KKM 74 dengan rata-rata nilai 67, siklus 2 sebesar 62% (21 siswa) yang memperoleh nilai diatas KKM 74 dengan rata-rata nilai 74, dan siklus 3 sebesar 85% (29 siswa) dengan rata-rata nilai 88. Selain hasil belajar, keaktifan siswa juga meningkat setiap siklusnya. Persentase keaktifan siswa siklus 1 sebesar 0% untuk siswa yang sangat akif bertanya, berpendapat, memecahkan masalah, dan 6% untuk aspek kemampuan menjawab. Kemudian pada siklus 2 meningkat dengan persentase sebesar 9% untuk siswa yang sangat aktif menjawab, berpendapat, dan memecahkan masalah. Dan di siklus 3 keaktifan siswa sangat meningkat dengan persentase sebesar 15% untuk siswa yang sangat aktif bertanya, 21% siswa yang sangat aktif menjawab serta berpendapat, dan 50% untuk siswa yang sangat aktif memecahkan masalah. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran Probing Prompting dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa diatas KKM 74 dan meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam aspek kemampuan bertanya, menjawab, berpendapat, dan memecahkan masalah. ABSTRACT Intan Fitrianty, APPLICATION OF PROBING PROMPTING MODEL IN IMPROVING THE RESULTS OF SOCIAL SCIENCES LEARNING AT SPORTS CLASS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF 11 DEPOK. Skripisi, Jakarta: Social Sciences Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This research aims to learn the application of Probing Prompting model in improving the results of social sciences learning. The research was conducted on a VIII. 11 sports class amounting to 34 students at Junior High School of 11 Depok from February to April 2019. The method used in this research is classroom action research consisting of three cycles each cycle consists of four stages, namely: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. Based on the research results there is an increase in each cycle. Based on the results of the research there was an increase in each cycle. In cycle 1 it was 35% (12 students) who scored above KKM 74 with an average score of 67, cycle 2 was 62% (21 students) who scored above KKM 74 with an average score of 74, and cycle 3 was 85 % (29 students) with an average score of 88. In addition to learning outcomes, the activity of students also increases each cycle. The percentage of student activity in cycle 1 was 0% for students who were very active in asking questions, arguing, solving problems, and 6% for aspects of ability to answer. Then in cycle 2 the percentage increases by 9% for students who are very active in answering, arguing, and solving problems. And in cycle 3 student activity is greatly increased by a percentage of 15% for very active students asking, 21% of students who are very active in answering and arguing, and 50% for students who are very active in solving problems. Thus the Probing Prompting learning model can improve students 'social studies learning outcomes above KKM 74 and increase students' activeness in aspects of the ability to ask, answer, argue, and solve problems.
