Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, terutama dengan munculnya Electronic Office (E-Office), telah memberikan kontribusi besar dalam memudahkan tugas-tugas di lingkungan kerja. E-Office mencerminkan transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan proses kerja di berbagai sektor. Dalam era teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang, E-Office menjadi solusi yang signifikan dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam dunia kerja modern. Penerapan E-Office menggambarkan perubahan menuju lingkungan kerja yang lebih modern, terhubung, dan adaptif terhadap teknologi. Saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang mulai menggunakan E-Office guna memperlancar kegiatan perkantoran, bentuk dan fungsinya pun berbeda-beda sesuai dengan kebutuh masing-masing perusahaan. Salah satunya yaitu PT Pegadaian yang telah menggunakan E-Office untuk mempermudah pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan surat menyurat dalam lingkup internal kantor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi E-Office pada PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah VIII Jakarta 1. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat orang yang dalam pekerjaannya banyak menggunakan E-Office pada PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah VIII Jakarta 1. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Efektivitas penggunaan E-Office pada penelitian ini dinilai melalui tiga indikator, yaitu kemampuan menyesuaikan diri, prestasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Dari ketiga indikator tersebut, semuanya terpenuhi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi E-Office Pegadaian telah mencapai tingkat efektivitas yang memuaskan. E-Office reflects digital transformation in administrative management and work processes in various sectors. In the era of information technology that continues to develop, E-Office has become a significant solution in facing complex challenges in the modern world of work. The implementation of E-Office represents a shift towards a work environment that is more modern, connected and adaptive to technology. Currently, many companies have started using E-Office to facilitate office activities, its form and function also vary according to the needs of each company. One of them is PT Pegadaian which has used E-Office to simplify work related to correspondence within the office's internal scope. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the use of E-Office applications is at PT Pegadaian Regional Office VIII Jakarta 1. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The participants in this research consisted of four people who in their work use a lot of E-Office at PT Pegadaian Regional Office VIII Jakarta 1. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The effectiveness of using E-Office in this research was assessed through three indicators, namely adaptability, work performance and job satisfaction. Of these three indicators, all of them are met so it can be concluded that the use of the Pegadaian E-Office application has reached a satisfactory level of effectiveness.
