Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa e-modul pada training soft skill “Creative Thinking and Innovation” di PT MRT Jakarta. Pengembangan produk e-modul ini mengacu pada model Rapid Prototyping yang memiliki lima tahap antara lain Assess Needs & Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, dan Install & Maintain System. Pada tahap Assess Needs & Analyze Content diperoleh analisis karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan, pada tahap Set Objectives diperoleh tujuan pembelajaran umum dan khusus, pada tahap Construct Prototype diperoleh prototipe e-modul Creative Thinking (Konsep Kreativitas, Kreativitas dalam Diri Manusia, dan Proses Berpikir Kreatif), pada tahap Utilize Prototype diperoleh hasil expert review dan uji coba pengguna, pada tahap Install & Maintain System diperoleh proses pengunggahan e-modul pada LMS. Evaluasi pada penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan evaluasi formatif yang terdiri dari expert review (ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran, uji coba pengguna (Staf Stasiun) one to one, dan small group. Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan satu ahli materi, satu ahli media, satu ahli desain pembelajaran, dan 9 pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi expert review dan one to one, diperoleh berbagai tanggapan positif dari setiap evaluasi dan juga saran perbaikan yang dijadikan acuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Pada tahap evaluasi small group, dari 6 pengguna yang berpartisipasi diperoleh skor keseluruhan sebesar 98,03% dengan interpretasi kategori kelayakan “Sangat Layak”. Hasil evaluasi formatif tersebut menunjukan bahwa produk e-modul sudah layak untuk digunakan pada pelatihan soft skill “Creative Thinking and Innovation” di PT MRT Jakarta. ************** This development aims to produce products in the form of e-module in soft skills training “Creative Thinking and Innovation” at PT MRT Jakarta. Development of this e-module product refers to the Rapid Prototyping model which has five stages including Assess Needs & Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, and Install & Maintain System. In the Assess Needs & Analyze Content stage, an analysis of the characteristics and needs of the trainees was obtained, in the Set Objectives stage, general and specific learning objectives were obtained, in the Construct Prototype stage, a Creative Thinking e-module prototype (Concept of Creativity, Creativity in Humans, and Creative Thinking Process) was obtained, in the Utilize Prototype stage, the results of expert reviews and user trials were obtained, in the Install & Maintain System stage, the e-module upload process was obtained on the LMS. This development research employs formative evaluation, which includes expert reviews (material experts, media experts, and instructional design experts), user trials (Station Staff) one to one, and small group. One material expert, one media expert, one instructional design expert, and 9 users participated in the evaluation. Based on the evaluation of expert reviews and one-to-one trials, varied positive responses were acquired from each evaluation, as well as suggestions for improvements used as a reference to increase quality product. In the small group evaluation stage, of the 6 participating users, an overall score of 98.03% was obtained with the interpretation of the "Very Eligible" feasibility category. The results of the formative evaluation show that the e-module product is suitable for use in the "Creative Thinking and Innovation" soft skill training at PT MRT Jakarta.
